I was especially worried about my elderly mum, as I feared the door could eventually give way and potentially cause serious harm to her or her car. Jacob not only picked up on the underlying issues during the service, but he also made the effort to return later the very same day with the required parts to repair and replace everything properly. 🙌

Today 5th of February I had my Garage door restored in Darch WA . The two workers Daniel and his young intern Jacob, have done a mighty awesome job. Way over their working hours, commited to complete the job at the highest standards. Daniel and Jacob work well together are Very friendly, calm, yet profesionale. Garage door’s metal strings broke and door jammed half way. Called at 6am and Erryn was there who answered. Found me a morning slot between 8-10am. Eshel came promptly and gave advise on the repairs. The garage door was fixed within 2 hours, with parts that’s needed replacement and serviced. Awesome and professional!

These guys are extremely professional. Dan come to my house on time for servicing my garage door and motor. My garage door motor was very old like decade old but he never pushed to me to change it. After we discussed and tried few things to make my garage door and chain less noisy, we ended up replacing the whole motor which again he did not push me to go for an expensive one, rather he suggested whats the best for my needs and end going for it. He also chopped the old line for me and cleaned everything after. Cheers to Dan.

Just had Loi come and save me. Our garage door broke over Christmas, I contacted the group that have previously serviced the door by email and phone, but they did not get back to me. Silver line responded promptly and I was lucky enough to have Loi visit within a few hours. He managed to fix the door on the spot. Was a snapped cable and mal aligned door.

Amazing response time! I submitted an online request on a Sunday expecting to hear back on Monday, but I received a call just 10 minutes later and was even offered same day service. I can’t fault this company. Great same day service and Eyal was extremely professional and efficient in servicing my roller door springs and replacing the motor, which had been on its way out for a number of months. Very happy with the new motor, and that my garage door now fully opens, and alternatively remains closed without bouncing back up. Extremely happy customer.

Eyal was very helpful when we had a last minute failure of our garage door, he arrived within 30 mins to fix our issue. Was very happy Eyals service except for the company's charge of $950 to replace two pulley wires, felt like it was a bit taking advantage of our situation.

Excellent service and great price. I called him on Saturday evening, and he installed a new opener the next morning (Sunday). He offered a range of models, and even though I chose the cheaper option (Jaytech 1200 V4), it’s still a highly regarded opener. Highly recommend—an honest and reliable tradesman.
